Ok, I'm going to put my work hat on for this one:

Even if they have issued a refund and just not bothered to tell you yet, you should know that refunds take a minimum of 5 working days to get returned back to the card. Depending on your bank, it can sometimes take WEEKS to receive the money from a refund. There is a reason most company's post spiel about 28 days processing time for payments and refunds, it's called managing customer expectations.

Assuming 3 day means you made a purchase on Thursday, this means the earliest you can expect to receive your cash back would be next Friday at the earliest.

To work this out: Payment is made on Thursday and the refund requested the same day. Settlement begins on Friday (Day 1). Nothing happens on Saturday or Sunday. Day 2 of settlement is today. Skip Jan 1st as that is a bank holiday and then we have Day 3, 4, 5 taking you through to Friday for the funds to clear back to your card account.

This is assuming that they have processed your refund last Thursday.

Potentially they could have also read your emails and cancelled (not refunded but cancelled) the payment on the same day before before settlement. In this case, no funds ever left your account and what you are seeing is a reservation, or ear mark for the payment. The banks usually call this a "shadow" and these have a lifetime of around 5 working days before they vanish from your card statement.

A call to your bank manager should also clear the shadow. Don't bother asking front line call centre staff, they don't have a clue most of the time and will say that it's a real payment. Just go straight to someone with authority and ask they to remove the pending transaction shadow to release your money.
 
Well I paid through PayPal so im not sure how much of the above would apply, normally PayPal email me on any refunds but I've had nothing from them and I'm not the only one looking at their forum.

Well ive just been reading around on their forums and it seems i'll have to wait a week or so.

I don't understand what you mean, when does it say order revision?

- have you successfully bought it?
- have you activated the key on steam?
- Is it when you try to start it?
