If you like Heroes of Might and Magic, this is a blatent clone. That's not necessarily a bad thing of course...

ShopTo have Deus Ex: Human Revolution listed for £20. It's only the code but it registers on Steam. Anyone know if they're any good or should they be avoided?

ShopTo have treated me well in the past - I always get preorder games from them much earlier than from anyone else.

Dead Money and Old World Blues seem to be rated higher than Honest Hearts. I'd suggest OWB if you don't want to spend too much.
The latter depends on your preferences - not all mods change gameplay, some are purely graphical\UI enhancements.

Most mods will eventually require all of the dlc anyway tbh. I would play without mods first time and then add them for your second playthrough. Or try adding some of the smaller mods for your first playthrough such as extra NPC's and perks etc.
OWB is supposed ot be the bst of the dlc's so far.
