Store is already gone so all that DLC is gone forever unless you already own the redeem code. AOE Online & MS Flight content is also gone now Steam even removed MS Flight + AOE online F2P from the store as the DLC is no longer available.

Publishers are still selling GFWL titles cheaply as they know its gone & most will never ever patch it out so avoid buying unless your happy it will most likely stop working after 01/07/14 :(

Most but not all yes and some have already patched it out like with BioShock 2. I'd advise caution when buying a GFWL title, but I think you'll find most of the major active publishers will sort some workaround out before the 2014 date is even close.

It will be the smaller titles or ones from publishers that have gone bust or been sold to someone else that I'd avoid at this stage.
