Its a con when you buy it adds £4.99 special delivery postage to the basket with no way to cancel either. I asked for a refund and zavvi customer service at its finest told me I should have checked my basket I did not notice them adding £4.99 P&P so had to live with the cost  there does not appear to be anyway to buy this from them without the £4.99 P&P either perhaps someone would like to try but their customer service is appalling :(

I just tried and this is an option at checkout:

Saver Delivery - Applicable to orders under £10. - £0.00

Order Summary

Items (1)
£4.99
Delivery
£0.00
Rewardz Points
4
Order Total £4.99

It defaults to the premium, but it does seem possible to take it off.

Surely there should be a cancel order button or something similar in your order history, if it hasn't been shipped at least that is. Then again I haven't used Zavvi in ages so I may not be right.

Nope no option to take it off & I tried to cancel within 1 hour after noticing the extra delivery cost but was told its too late to cancel (this is at 11pm on a sunday evening so yeah right like they have people picking orders then ). I think they are very deceitful on this particular game...........

Anyone else had Kinguin ask them to send them a ID Scan? I purchased multiple copies of the same game so they assumed I was a scammer somehow. They said to send them a copy of my licence or passport or something.

I was like are you mad? Never heard of anyone doing that ever. They withheld what I paid for a refused to send the codes. I had to go on live chat and after a long conversation get them to give me a refund. What a bunch of jokers. Never going to use them again. Wasted a long time and now need to.wait 3 days for them to send me a refund :(

Keysites asking for ID is quite common. I provided OnlineKeyStore with my driver's licence and then they followed through with the transaction. It isn't a scam or anything when they ask, just a precaution.

That may be the case, but no way am I going to do that. I have used other cd key companies and they have not asked, so I will stick with them.

Just cover your driver number, date of birth and most of your address :)
