*** PC Gaming - Daily Deals Thread ***

Ftom what ive read it will apparently show up once the game is installed.

Has anyone finished downloading it to confirm this?
It's a 15GB download that will take me a few overnight sessions!

Just had a fruitless chat with Game web chat support...

IT appears to be an issue we are having with the Steam code. You would need to contact Steam Support to find out what needs to be done im afraid (sic)

Ignoring that fact that my purchase/contract is with Game and Valve will surely tell me to just speak to Game!

I will try and talk to Valve then I'll just bump it to PayPal for a refund as they haven't supplied the advertised goods.

/sigh

Yeah I gave it a shot, I'll be happy if I come out with something like Hitman Absolution and Tomb Raider... although expecting a load of tosh, but see what happens.

Well I've said this before, but the Xmas package does say that a DX11 card is recommended, so Just Cause 2, Sleeping Dogs, Hitman, Deus Ex (I think this was DX11) & Tomb Raider should be in the pack, at least one of them anyway.

Did the Walking Dead actual game tie itself to your account or did you get a key for it that you could use on Steam? Want to pick this up for a friend but not sure if they'll give me a key to activate with Steam or if it's tied to my uPlay.

The strange thing is, i think i bought 2 copys of the walking dead and 400 dlc cause
when i bought it from uplay store it linked to my account right away but i was also able to activate both cdkey on steam aswell lol

-------------------------------------

£6 for 2 games + dlc is not bad at all.
once you buy them i would activate them on steam as soon as pos just to be sure but i did not have to add them to my uplay for them to be there already......

--------------

UPDATE: yeah the keys you get from them are steam keys., when you start the game up in uplay it auto starts up your steam login......
so yes walking dead and 400 days are linked to uplay or steam depending on what you register the cdkeys up to steam or uplay your choice.

Have you downloaded, installed and updated the game? DLC might not appear until after you've updated it. HOTUKDEALS seems to have a few people moaning about DLC missing but that's the advice they're getting from GAME staff.

It's here!

Limbo £1.52 at the Humble Bundle Store.

Where's the cheapest place to get the Mass Effect Trilogy?

Gamefly currently have it 50% off at £19.99, however it is definitely cheaper to buy all the games individually. I got them all for under £10 buying at different sales/stores. It will most probably be in the forthcoming sales so if you can hold on you can do the same.
