I downloaded all 15GB of Bioshock overnight, just in case that was the issue (although it hasn't been with other packs in the past) - I've just run it and, as expected, the DLC hasn't magically appeared :(

Steam actually replied to my support ticket overnight...

The CD Key activated on your account was for Bioshock Infinite and does not appear to include any additional content beyond the base game.
Did you perhaps receive additional CD Keys for the DLC that you have yet to activate?
If not, you will need to contact this vendor to discuss possible refund or exchange options.

So now it's back to Game and, if their support is as cack as yesterday, I'll be bouncing it to PayPal for a "goods not as described" refund.
 
Use a VPN to mexico and buy thru origin direct.

Anyone made a badge yet? Just wondering what the items you win are worth. The cards are currently selling for 35p each, so might be worth selling them instead of making a badge to get the item.
 
I got some of the cards pre-sale when they were a bit cheaper and crafted yesterday. Got some 'rare' item that sold for £3.50, I only expect the prices to go down. There are some "extraordinary" which I expect is where the items that sell for a lot will be.
 
I think after christmas i'll save all booster packs i get until the summer sale and then unpack them all and craft as many badges I can to get as many summer sale cards as possible at the very start. Then quickly put them all up for sale when foolish people will pay a few quid :D.

Need to try and get my brother account to lv10 so he gets booster packs as well.
 
It sucks that you can't choose the game item, just crafted my badge and got an uncommon warframe skin. Looks like it'll sell for about £1 but stil would have wanted a dota item!

i wouldn't buy cards (other than selling duplicates, buying needed) because some items are worthless and worth pennies.

A couple of weeks ago we decided to try something new, and put together something we called the Square Enix Christmas Surprise Box – a mystery collection of digital PC games for one low price of £4.99/€6.99… but anybody that bought it had to wait to see what was inside!

Wait, that is, until now – because it’s time to unwrap the box to see what’s inside! Well, here we go:
•Just Cause 2
•Hitman: Blood Money
•Tomb Raider
•Dungeon Siege III

Plus, we also dropped in a 20% discount voucher* to put towards purchases in the future. and the beauty is that, if you already have any of those games, you can gift the Steam keys to your friends or family!

Just so you know, the codes will be sent via email today (Friday December 20), but in case anything goes wrong you can also access them via your Square Enix account page at some point today.

So we hope you liked what you received – we had a lot of fun putting the Surprise Box together. Let us know what you think, and we’ll take all the feedback on board for next year!

Oh sweet, nice one Matt. Thanks for the info, I've got all the games annoyingly but I'm sure I'll make use of voucher.
