just on my normal monitor there have been a couple of games likes that in the past where moving around gets me
its not the 3rd person nature of the game played 1000's of hours of multiple games from wow - division 2
so must be something with how the graphics move maybe ?

Is there a VR mod for Control? I had a quick go at it just on my desktop and it's not something I would play unless I could do it in VR.

I'm not sure, but i thought he was running normally on a headset as I've never heard of problems with games before on a flat screen

Oh great, not played Control yet but the only game that ever did this to me was Resident Evil 7! I thought it was the alcohol while playing but it happened even when I was sober!
Messing with the FOV setting and turning off motion blur (as per a reddit post I found at the time) seemed to help me at the time.
It was a few years ago since I played the game so it might not happen anymore.
