I don't have access. The 'block' page doesn't give the criteria to access either.

Should it happen again, I'll simply list the games and ask members to 'trust' me a message if they want the gift key.

No sense in unwanted games going to waste.

True, no sense in wasting codes you don't want and sharing them is always appreciated. The downside is that these forums are easily found and people have picked up on the fact that codes are being shared and simply trawl through taking without contributing/giving back.
