Just bought the standard version myself from G2A.com for £10.63, which turned out to be the Ranger edition as I got 2 keys, the second of which said ranger when I claimed it in Steam.

Shown price on above page is £11.74, but I selected to turn their "G2A shield off and use the £10.96 price. You can then save 3% by using discount code: Sergio.

They also sell the deluxe version, and Kinguin also has various versions for a similar range of prices.

Note: G2A.com charges an additional payment fee for using Paypal.
