You only get one expansion pack it is a biggy but I would check if you can get them all just as cheaply.

Bethesda has 3 for 2 on offer at game. However the only pc games in the deal are fallout 4, prey and elder scrolls online

No idea when Gemly got started, but it's by the chaps that made Dying Light, so a legit firm at least.
Also they do steam & gog keys.
Apparently they're doing this so that the games makers get more money, instead of steam getting its 30% or wtf it is it takes.
