Yes, you'll get Destiny 2 as soon as you subscribe and even if you unsubscribe straight after, you will receive the rest of the games unlocked early next month.
If you want to be uber sure there's no roll over just buy a gift sub and gift it to yourself. Gift subs don't have an auto rollover payment scheme.

Tempted for the BTA. Are the games any good?
I feel like that if you have to ask then the bundle is probably skippable. Tier 1 has a game which everyone already has (Insurgency) an old strategy game in the vein of advance wars (+DLC) and a grindy repetitive Metal Slug looking but not playing platform shooter. Tier 2 has two online multiplayer games (one in early access) and a basic RTS. And then there's Tier 3....
Save up for Hollow Knight instead!

If that was aimed at me I have no clue, never played any of the Tropico games. Just posted it here since it looks to be a great price for the complete game. The collection on Steam costs €39,47, so quiet a bit of a saving. Although, offer expires in 6 hours now.
