Yes with £5 discounted if you spend £30 or more in one transaction (for one time only). I think I'm probably going to pick up about 20 £1.xx games that have been in my wish list for years.
I wonder if the discount works if you are buying gifts. I have another Steam account I could use to get another £5 off but I would gift the games to my main account.
