PC Help - Adverts!!

After me re-booting my PC the adverts have seem to of gone

Adverts still pop up



Any suggestions?

Getting the same ad pop up deals as the original poster, Malwarebyte didn't help me this time either, looks like I have to go back to an earlier image.

there is software installed on the PC which is causing the ads

look in programs and features and you will see software installed which is causing the ads, remove this as you would do any other software

I deal with this a lot at work with customers installing stuff and then this being added in to the installer

if your unsure of what to remove post a screen shot of your programs and features list and ill have a look

I had this the other day, it installed on the 31st of January and never appeared until Friday just gone, if you look in your C drive under x86 files and look for something with the name Addxxxxx I can't remember what it is called now and delete it and re boot it should get rid. I have no idea were it came from.

looking at the screen shot it mostprob came with optimiser pro as the customers that called with this issue had the same software installed
