Today I just test built my PC, outside the case after choosing to do a full system wipe and upgrade to windows 10 as I bought an SSD. Expecting it to go fine however its just been in a reboot loop forever and wont ever stop unless manually turned off. Ive checked all the voltages from my PSU (Corsair CX650M), removed cmos, remounted CPU cooler (K2 Mount Doom) and checked the socket. With everything unplugged and just 1 stick of RAM it will boot ubuntu on a USB and then crash when too many windows are open. The same happens for installing windows it just crashes out mid way through. CPU is 3770K and motherboard is GA Z77X-UP4 TH.
Its not a major issue as looking for a black friday upgrade but this increases price as now no resale value. Any ideas are welcomed I will answer what I can
