Problem: Small annoyance really OC you are my only hope, for somebody super technical <3
When I turn my TV on from standby the PC mouse input and DWM/vsync, feels like its dropping frames. mouse adding ms response, mouse seems jagged. Apps can feel sluggish. Often apps can drop frames when its preferring 60hz on tv.
Workaround
Right now its restart. (disable graphics card and re-enable doesnt fix)
Then its perfection until turn tv goes to standby and the cycle continues.
Monitors:
Acer x34 DP (100hz) Samsung 49ks7000: 1231; game mode on. HDMI (60hz)
Config
PC on 24/7
Software: Windows 10 (1809, 17763.194) Nvidia: 980 ti; 417.22. Default NCP settings, minimal install with 417, Gsync fullscreen only. Security software minimal, manually turn malwarebytes off every boot-up. W10 debloated mostly. Sound: usually tv hdmi, or sabaj dac, ae-5. OC: asus optimal, all core
