Out of interest I typed my MB serial number into the Asus website EVERY time it comes back unkown did you do the same

So thats a little worrying.

Gigabyte don't seem to offer the serial number lookup service. Thankfully OCUK were magic as anticipated.

Here's hoping you'll never need to claim from ASUS then.
