Seriously, it looks fine if you don't mind the lack of real estate (of a M-ATX board). Personally, I prefer my M.2 drives to have more breathing space. Haven't seen any reviews yet, so can't vouch for the rest.
 
I have made some changes and at the moment the config is like this:

Montech Century 650W Modular 80+ Gold PSU

Tomahawk seems like it'll be a good board.

Anandtech's review of the Montech looked pretty solid, but the warranty is rather poop (only crap PSUs have a 5 year warranty nowadays :o ) and at the only place I can find it for sale, the 850 version is just £6 more.
