pc wont boot up when 1tb hdd connected help

Hi just got my pc running but i have a problem when it trys to boot up the hdd makes a ticking clicky sound after 15 trys to boot it up i now have a screen that says,

Sata 1 dvd drive
Sata 2 wdc wd10ealx-009ba0 15.01h15
Ultra dma mode 6 smart capable but command failed
Sata 3 hdd
Ultra dma mode 5 smart capable and status ok


3rd slave hard disk smart command fail
Press f1 to resume.




Would this mean my hdd has suffered shock damage or just been destroyed?
Is there anyway to fix this?

I would like to reinstall windows would booting from disk and trying to format that drive workor is it just an expensive door stop now?

Ok so after a few more trys booting up it now says the 1tb hdd is fine but wont boot up past press f1 screen. I just ran my finherd of all the f keys and got the option to boot from cd im currently waiting for windows files to load will try to install windows on the 1tb hdd

Edit it has no resorted back to a scraping aticking noise again and the loading screen is stuck by the looks.

Edit edit. I now have bootmgr is missing press ctrl alt del to restart
