Pc won’t start

Pc just got delivered today I plugged it in switched on the psu but the pc won’t start at all

Do you get any response at all?

In other words: is there any lights? Any fans spinning? Any noise?

Have you double checked that your display cable is not plugged into the motherboard instead of the graphics card?

Does it look fine through the window? I.e. nothing is loose?

Nothing was loose but no sound no movement no indication of any power at all going into it

Check the graphics card is seated correctly and check all the power connectors are snugly in place.

Will do I’ll give everything a solid check and might even open it all up so I can at least see

Guessing he's got it working then, probs forgot to flip the on switch on the psu .

Haha not yet sadly am in work until midnight but then I’ll have my fix it gloves on

Is it a new machine with warranty?

Just got delivered yesterday so I’m assuming it has warranty

Assuming it’s not the power cable or a switch or something, why not send it back and have the place you bought it from deal with it?

Opening it up might void the warranty.

Or at least ask them, since if they tell you to mess with it, then that's their problem.

Well so the power button cable was sliiiiightly loose ;-; so much drama so little problem haha
