I immediately thought of a biscuit that I thought used to have the design of a peacock on, can't think of the make. Damn, that's gonna bug me now.

Theres going to be a lot of smaller retailers hitting the fan early next year when they have to make rent - a busy xmas trading period would have saved them but for most its been quiet

I've been forced into Peacocks shops many times by the other half and can't say I've ever seen a single thing I'd consider buying. Hopefully something decent will replace them eventually. Alas, in our town it'll probably be another coffee shop, another hairdressers or another estate agent's.

Peacocks are nationwide, not just wales.

Personally I stopped looking in our local one for cheap jeans when I realised that M&S did better quality ones for the same/only slightly more.
