That’s the difference between us. Based on facts and evidence I admit mistakes while you play mental gymnastics to pretend you didn’t get it wrong no matter what facts and evidence you are presented with. Just like you are doing now. You cannot even admit your balloon and Duck idea are wrong and don't match the evidence.

The simple fact is evidence in the report proves you and ICDP are wrong and backs my view up.

They still happen world wide but don't get reported anymore in the news. There are websites and communities that still track the cattle and people mutilations showing the laser burns and damage on modern 4k resolution equipment. But its pretty graphic so I am hesitant to share the links. Just be warned to anyone who decides to look into this as the modern photos are highly detailed compared to 50 years back. I have no idea who is behind this but it never stopped, its world wide and real as in many cases are not just made up stories.
