Fox the ramapped 330 i had was definately better than the standard one. Whether i'd consider it £250 well spent im not sure, but if you have £250 which is going begging then it definately makes a noticable difference. It felt more agressive higher up the rev range, 4000rpm+ the engine note changed and the power seemed to increase far more significantly than it did on the non remapped one.
without wanting to sound a chav, ideally you need to get a car to breathe better first... better air filter and better flowing exhaust. then get the car mapped after to that....
i'm not talking 4" tail pipes etc but something a bit better.
