I agree, the photo doesn't show him injecting (there is a bigger photo in the paper) but it looks like he is actually pulling it out. His finger isn't on the plunger.

Of course what he was doing before that isn't recorded.

I personally hope the guy Pulls through this. I like him as a musician. Lots of musicians/famous people are on hard drugs, they just dont get the publicity he does for it. I hope he one day is renound for his music, and not his drugs.

I think Pete Doherty is a prime, publicised example of how crap this country is at actually giving any kind of punishment to people.

He keeps doing it again and again and again.

What kind of message does that send to other drug users, and what kind of security does it instal in people?

Just lock the moron up for somne jail time or rehab.

Incredibly. His stories in the paper have to be taken with a pinch of salt, especially from the likes of The Sun and The Daily Mail.

I'm not a violent person at all but Pete Doherty is one of those few people that I have a really strong urge to punch.

He was initially famous for being the lead songwriter with The Libertines, before the press picked up on his lifestyle and made him largely famous for being a drug addict who often gets in trouble with the law.

Since so many people agree with me in finding his antics depressingly dull, I'd like to propose a new question: Why the hell is there a new thread about him every god damn week?!
