Petrol spend yearly estimate

I'm spending around £60 every 2 weeks in my e36 328i and put roughly 300 litres into my HGV every night.

I'm glad I don't pay the trucks fuel bill! :D

i fill up @ £60 a tank roughly ever week. sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less so it will average out

£3120 a year.

Convert to LPG?

It will cut your fuel costs in half.

Converting to LPG would significantly increase my fuel costs given my reimbursement rates, and be very inconvenient too. Plus i'd have the added bonus of having to spend a fortune to add a horrible aftermarket system to my car.

No thanks :D

In the one month I had the Cefiro on the road, I got bollocked by my boss because I got through £1200 worth of V-Power... in one month!

If I ever get it back on the road, I probably ought to buy it a new lambda sensor and maybe get it remapped since 90s turbo Nissans do like to run rich.

Hovering around the 60mpg mark for my little 1.5dci Clio, so at £1 per litre (£4.55 per gallon) for the 12000 miles per year i drive the car its:

(12000/60) * 4.55 = £910

Worked it all out that the car is actually costing me £1k per year to run for 12k miles as i get fuel and regular user allowance at work (this includes the money for servicing, tyres, tax, insurance etc). Will go down even further next year when the 0% finance is paid up and will start to actually earn me £800 per year!

£1250 in fuel to do 20,000 miles.

First 10,000 of that I actually make 2p a mile though in tax saving over not driving at all.

Well I can do that on a cruise road, but getting up to speed and using roundabouts brings it down. :p Ownership average is sat at 75.3.

about £600. Don't commute to work any more, so probably average £50 a month.
Average is 26.2mpg :( I need to tie a helium balloon to my right foot.
