Okay. Let us know when they arrive. My delivery took 12 days... Went all the way to USA, was opened and inspected, them re-packed claiming it was accidentally damaged by handling equipment.... Envelope razor cut on end, baggie razor cut in middle, PWM adapter razor cut lengthwise.
 
Great news! I was amazed at the hand written envelope.

Rubber strips? I thought you wanted the 25x30mm black pieces with paper backing and 8 punch-out pieces to fit onto fan corners. That's what I need.

Great customer realations isn't it.

should you need the 8 punch-out pieces, we can send it out to you. We can send you another replacement PWM adaptor for the faulty one that was accidentally being cut by the customs...

Thank you for the kind offer. The PWM adapter works. Just doesn't look so nice with the cuts in it. I really don't need the 8 punch-out pieces for my 3 fans, I just want them. Fans just look so nice with them.. Nice black accent on white fan shroud. What I really need is 3 sets of mounting pins the spring clips hook into and a Y splitter to plug my 3rd fan into.

It's too bad you don't sell the PWM adapter separately. I think many people with 3pin fans would buy them so they could use their existing fans with PWM control. It's a wonderful bit of kit.

What the hell are you Mods thinking? A major supplier joins forum and is offer customer support and you remove their signature???? :confused:

Why not just ask them to make it smaller????:confused:

Major supplier offer customer support to OcUK forum members is a big plus to OCuk store.

What part of "Good business sense" isn't understood. 'bet's head against wall'
 
Rules are the guidelines of society. When rules are blindly followed the use of common sense and what is reasonable is ignored.

Example;
Litter in against the rule. Someone drops a bit of cracker while eating it and gets hauled of to jail.
