This is the second time not including the worldwide 3080 debacle they have taken my (and others) money knowing full well they could not fulfill the order at the pre-order date advertised. No idea why I keep doing this to myself I should know by now.

Update: So from speaking to OCuk I believe I was due to have one shipped out yesterday but because another item I ordered was out of stock they didn't send the order. This item was in stock when I originally ordered so I'm guessing from that OCuk don't assign stock to orders, they just ship an order when all the parts are in stock at the same time. Of course I could be wrong about that as it may have been a simple error.
So I have now messaged them asking to cancel my order. I've decided to leave my new build until the new year and hope that the stock situation (for cases, gpu & potentially new amd cpu's!) have been sorted.

I think they just sold out of product in August and have been struggling to build stock up again due to covid issues in the supply chains and manufacturing
I've had an order in since early Sept

I know I didn't, I ordered on the 20th Oct, foolishly thinking that I would get one from the stock due on the 3rd nov. Didn't even get an email to tell me my order was delayed, or a queue notification. Once my batch of orders have been completed, I won't be ordering from OCUK again. The lack of communication about your order is astounding.
Yes, that is true. The minimum they could do is send a notification of queue position or however.
I placed an order for this case on Oct 29th, thinking I could get one of the cases arriving 3rd November (foolish?)
Today support told me the stock that was due on the 3rd hasn't arrived yet. My friend who inquired about ordering a P500 was told he'd be able to get one mid-November if he ordered a couple of days ago. Have no idea if this is still true. I also don't know where I am in the queue.

I asked them on their discord what the stock/ordered looked like. They said 120 on next order with roughly 100 in waiting list (for the black RBG variant).
They didn't mention a delay to shipment on 3rd (I did ask on 3rd when it became apparent I wouldn't be part of that shipment)

Thanks for the update on numbers. The ETA on the store page for the black RGB variant is now tomorrow (06.11.20) which would make sense if the previous shipment was delayed. Hopefully this means we'll get cases on the incoming order?
I mean, I was hopeful the 30th order was coming really early haha had no idea there were delays - otherwise I'd have also asked about the number in that shipment and where I was in the queue.

In case helpful, Spoke to OC today, they confirmed stock of the white P500a arrived to warehouse yesterday. 100 units/72 pending orders and would be shipped early next week. The stock status (which was alternating between due today/out of stock) relates to the next batch ETA)
