I don't know why that looks so soft, it's not that bad when I'm looking at the original on Flickr. Oh okay, I know why. I zoom out on forums so the letters are smaller and it was resizing my image on my screen too

Also years ago managed to take a whole 'film' of photos, then realised I had not loaded anything.. :rolleyes:

Some great shots though. Just proves it doesn't need big kit to take good photos.
Must utilize my S3 more.

I don't mind the noise. Yup the sensors are tiny but it's a camera inside a mobile phone! That's amazing

Also, with the noise, you can add a filter or two to add a bit more natural 'film look' I guess.

I agree I'm not sure what is is about them but they seem to just get it right, yes I can get a better shot with my SLR but it's much more of a faff where mobile phones just seem to point and shoot!
