Photo that sums up your year

with 2009 a week and a bit away was just thinking what mine would be, im still undecided at the moment..

but what SINGLE photo (you have taken) sums up your year? and why did you choose it?

no, colour at night with inbuilt flash, made it B&W - he was in a very vividly coloured and patterned chair so I was experimenting (not that succesfully!) with photoshop blurring the background etc.

the effect on the eyes is exactly what Infrared does to peoples eyes.

Tricky. Picking a single favourite is not very easy at all! BUT, this is one that is in the ist of favs of the year.

This year I feel my wildlife photography has improved and this was one of those rare times that everything came together and reminded me what wildlife photography is all about! Whilst most of the population was fast asleep one cold autumn morning I was out watching two deer having a tussle as the sun came up from below the horizon and through the early morning mist. Superb!

This is pretty much all I've been doing all year. Although not me playing, it is my guitar as one of the supporting bands guitarists was without his (singer was supposed to bring it and didn't or something) so I leant him mine.

It's all I'll be doing next year too

Quite simply the best week of my life, and the most beautiful place I've been to. Otherwise this year overall has been....terrible - good riddance to 2008 personally!

Can't wait to go back in 2009!

Nice Tenoner, havnt seen one like that since 1985\6.

I wouldnt take any pics of the machines I run, an SCM 110AL doesnt seem that exciting or photogenic in its off white livery :rolleyes:
