Photoshop Request (Sensitive Subject)

Best thing for dust is the median tool under sharpen. Duplicate the layer and add median to the top layer. Then go in and remove the areas you want more focus on with a feathered brush on the top layer. If i had more time a could do it properly but got more images for work that need sorting. I will be more then happy to do it at home unless someone can sort it out for you.
 
Also personal opinion is the second photo would be a lot better as a BW photo. The magenta and blacks are are way too much and getting them back would make the shot look bad.

Unfortunately not mate.

True, if there was a scan of the original one that would be better and easier to edit :)
I have the tiff image of the first one that can be found here, the other is phone pic and all i was given to work with.
