Heres mine since I moved upstairs. I even tidied it a bit :p Tv makes the 24 so small :(

I thought I'd take the title to heart, and not tidy up for just a photo so this is exactly as is now. The tissues are for because of my manflu but no one will believe that you dirty swines.

Its amazing how small it makes the 24" LCD look. Perspective must also be helping, as the plasma is closer to the camera.

I think 1080p is a little pointless on a 37" (perhaps the use of a games console influenced your decision?), though you did the right thing going the plasma route as in general, I have found that plasmas tend to outperform LCD TVs (for same price point), for TV viewing. LCDs might be better for console gaming though.

Wall mounting the plasma could give you some extra space.

Its actually an lcd and I your correct the ps3 influenced the decision but not as much as the price as it was on sale quite cheap. The angle does seem to make it look huge. Its great for 1080P bluerays though and the pc outut on hdmi aswell.

I would love to mount it but we have "nofine" walls that barely hold pictures so I aint mounting that on it :p

Sounds like you purchased the right item then. Spot on.

Im not sure about "nofine" walls, but from what you say, the wall is a stud wall, with wooden battens (or studs) in the wall, to which is attached the plasterboard. Would this be correct? If so, the plasterboard will not be able to hold much weight (as you say), however, if you screw the screws for your wall mount, into the wooden battens then that should be able to hold the weight of your TV with ease.

Or perhaps this "nofine" wall is a type of wall that I have not yet encountered?
