Superb shots Ali, images 2 and 3 are my favourites. The shots of London are making me want to travel out that way and try some city images.

Surprisingly easy, F/11, ISO64/100 and a 30 second exposure to start with.

Who said anything about including your motor in the shot

I appreciate the sentiment though, its been done to death however I see it more as having something that I've taken rather than admiring someone elses photo. Prime example earlier on in this topic (not sure what page) I posted a photo of the south tip of New York when i was there 5 yrs ago. The shot has been done to death, however the experience of flying doors off in a chopper around New York to get 'that photo' was worth it and I'm proud of the photo i took. Others may take a better photo of the same scene but it's not mine!

Thanks, I hope so too. I'm trying to avoid looking at any Glencoe winter images so I've nothing in my head if that makes sense
