Well it had to happen eventually I suppose. Forth rail bridge -

Blown away by this D800e compared to my old D700/D600. In the full res there is enough detail to clearly see what the paintings are of, inside the house on the left. Creepy.

Some shots of the storm at Porthcawl this morning.

Fabulous shots, especially #2 as it has all the energy of the wave breaking plus the lighthouse and good framing. They're all great shots though, I love how there seems to be a conflict between the waves and the wind making it look as if the spray has exploded from the sky.
