I didn't use a polariser.
I don't have the raw any more to be able to check, but I don't remember doing that much in post, maybe a slight gradient and a subtle vignette. The sun is to the left and behind me, so that's probably how I was able to keep allot of sky detail.

Are you using something such as VSCO on any of your photos? There's almost a film like quality to one or two of them that I cant quite put my finger on.
