Pico 4 Accessories thread

My BoboVR P4 is coming today. Think the GeekVR face cover might be also here today or tomorrow, but having second thoughts about that now so might try and sell it on.

Oh that was £100. I think it's because you get two batteries, the charging station and the stuff which goes onto the back of the headset.

It does make it much more comfortable, and the extra hour battery is very welcome. Plus you can swap over to the second battery, so you'll have nearly four hours total. Rather than some frakenstein mess, it looks a neat solution.

The only minor niggle is that I did notice the headset would slide from side to side a fraction more, which I think is both due to the extra weight on the back, and the fact the original padding block holds the back of your head really tight. The bobvr kinda cradles your head rather than clamping it down. Going back to the original, well, nope, it feels awful so I'll be keeping it.

To fix the movement issue until my face covers arrive I'm going to put something in between the plastic sides and the fabric to grip the side of my face a bit more. When I press it with my hands it's absolute perfection, so a little folded up cardboard will do for now :cry:

Yep, people are quite angry at MRTV (again). He has a habit of saying something is brilliant when it's not. Literally everyone who started receiving them all say the same thing.
