baajeebus what's with the fat and image nowadays either your mates are sticks or you are deluded. Nothing wrong with the fat side you just need to bulk up instead of fat loss.
Go like the other guys says a few months of normal healthy eating and workout no need to cut down food you will probably eat more once you start work out heavily.
I wouldn't jump straight into bulking if your original idea was to lose weight. Why not spend a month doing some cardio and trying to cut some fat then go on a bulk once you know your capable of losing any excess weight?
Yeah although a lot of people have advised me to start bulking and then lose weight so that I have something to show for it instead of becoming classed as 'skinny-fat'
