Yeah, coming from a 22" display (still 1080p though) it's SO damn nice! Gran Turismo 5 is beautiful, the 360 looks good too and my original Xbox looks brilliant, although I'm using progressive, and some games on that run 720p anyway. It can also play a ton of videos from USB and ethernet too (even high bitrate MKVs!) which is really cool too

At the moment this month has been a new king sized bed and mattress (no picks as it hasn't been delivered yet) and I have the feeling I'm about to be reamed by Customs changes for a BD I'm getting from Japan.

Apart from a few hundred resistors this is what I have bought so far this month.

A HIS tool thingy, some Yate Loon fans and a temperature gauge (modded by me to use USB power).

Rubbish iPhone pic but i've treat myself to a new practice amp. Playing in a band again for the first time in years and sold most of my gear when I needed the cash a few years ago.

Nothing cooler then an Orange amp (even if it is one of their cheapo far east made practice amps)
