iphone 4s spamage!!

Hugs HTC Desire and Free iphone4 :D

I have soo many things to post up here, need to actually get off the sofa!

I've been on a really bad rainforest-retailer spending spree :( (as in, well over a grand)

I'll pick the least boring bits and get some pics later :D

Just bought a Seagate 2TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive for £79.99. I was going to purchase another Seagate 2TB USB 2.0 drive for £69 but thought it was worth paying an extra £10 for a USB 3.0 2TB drive! And it definitely is! The hard drive came with the 3.0 adapter & usb 3.0 cable too so I'm happy.

Time to make another backup of my data then! I'm so paranoid about losing my data haha. I have 2 hard drives with all my data now.

Will post pics later!

You should have paid the extra and bought the 2TB Seagate Goflex NAS and then been able to get your porn, I mean data, from anywhere in the world.

That's £114 isn't it? Far too expensive, I could get a 3TB USB 3.0 drive for that price. Does anyone else have multiple backups of their data? I have all my data on my computer, then on a 2TB USB 2.0 drive and now a 2TB USB 3.0 drive.

But it's what you can do with it that makes the difference.
Not only is it a backup device but a NAS.
For example my eldest daughter is watching a film from it now in the living room and my youngest daughter is watching a series off it in Chester.
I'm going to be watching something off it for 20 minutes until the football starts at 3pm.

Yeah I know what they do, they seem useful if you have multiple people who want to watch media from it but it's just me in my house who watches films/tv on the computer. Besides the 3D TV I have has DLNA built in so I can use that, plus a USB slot and I have a spare quad core computer downstairs to watch 3D films if I ever want :p.

Does your NAS device ever struggle when you have a few people playing media from it?

That sound card looks nuts look at the size of it, how times have changed.

How much better are those things than an X FI just looking at em now, £86 :o

It's a pretty awesome card... but truth be told the only reason I got rid of my X-Fi was because my new mobo (Asus Gene-z) only has Pci-e slots. But so far the sound quality appears to be outstanding :)

To test it out bought today...
