Pizza Hut

I like Pizza Express and Pizza hut. I've never had a bad meal at either of these.

Used to love Papa Johns too, but the one we has in our town closed, and was taken over by Dominoes.

Some of the chilled tesco ones are nice, I just add my own nnice pepperoni, pepper, some spice and possibly some extra mozarella.

Can't be bothered to completly make my own, just not enough time.

Hmm, that's actually a good idea. Can't believe I've never thought to do it before.

Buying one of those cheap pizzas and adding yummy stuff ontop of it <3

I had the Hotdog stuff crust at the weekend (with pepperoni, chicken, spicy beef and double cheese) It was quite nice and the pizza seemed less greasy than when you get it in the restuarants but it seemed to get a bit boring pretty quickly.

I didn't get the mustard drizzle either that I was meant to get, but it felt like maybe they should put a some of that on the hotdog or something then have it wrapped in the crust rather than just the hotdog. It just felt like it was missing a little something.

This is what i do and it's seriously one of my favourite pizzas. Asda deli ones with an extra topping or 2 are brilliant. Far better than any takeaway imo, especially dominoes which are the worst pile of overpriced rubbish i've ever had

Yup works well and is quick.

I don't always pick the cheapest, but buy ones where I know the base is good and fairly thin. Not too much cheese on them so added mozzarella doesn't turn it into overblown cheese fest, and the added pepper, spices etc give it a bit more depth.

I usually serve it with some homemade rosmary and piri piri spiced wedges with either a supermarket piri piri mayo or M&S Garlic Mayo.

OM NOM NOM

Pizza Hut is too variable. We got vouchers for the big one in town and it was really quite nice, we've been back a couple of times and it never disappoints, but we had some from the local delivery place and it was disgusting. We even went back and did a pickup in case it was the waiting time that ruined it, but it wasn't, it was just horrible. If it were a blind test there's no way you'd identify the two as being from the same chain.

I usually make my own bases and top pizza myself, but I do like the deep pan meat feast (non-halal version).

It's like a pizza on focaccia bread mmm. I tend to order a large one with unlimited salad, eat half and then take the rest home for breakfast and dinner. Yum.

Although my previous rant in regards to pizza hut :

I'm going to hop onto this bandwagon - I live in East London - before I go to a Pizza Hut, I have to check whether it is Halal before I go, otherwise when I order a Meat Feast, instead of :

Spicy pork sausage, ham slices, pepperoni, spicy minced beef.

I am given:

Sliced ham (turkey?), pepperoni (turkey?), beef and chicken breast.

My problem is NOT to do with the fact it is Halal, just that a chain restaurant can sell the SAME ITEN (Meat Feast) in two different shops, that have different toppings.

I would ask for it to be renamed to a "Halal Meat Feast" (or an "All you can Eid"). Whilst the regular Meat Feast maintains the name.

Oh, and +1 on the Asda freshly created pizzas too. Amazingly cheap and not bad quality toppings.
