Arrived this morning. Noise isolation is great.
One comment on the comfort factor, I wore them for 10 minutes as they came and they were really uncomfortable... but... as soon as you remove the detachable velcro headstrap, they are super comfy. Now had them on about 2 hours and no noticeable comfort problems. This is coming from a man with a melon for a head too.

I have to agree with the comments about the comfort. I do not find them very comfortable after a few hours of use, nothing unbearable, but not as comfortable as my 350's. This is possibly due to wearing glasses and the headphones are reasonably hard pressed against your ears.
Removing the velcro headstrap is a must as with that still attached, I could not really use them at all.
Now for the positives. The sound quality is superb, no complaints on this, very good for listening to music and gaming.
Overall I'm happy with them, once they become a bit worn in, I forsee the comfort issues improving.

The sound quality on them is brilliant and for anyone interested the microphone is incredibly good for a headset (on par with many USB stand alone mics). I use it for game commentating and the whole package makes it really nice.
Sound isolation is really good as well, the only slight downside is the headset can be slightly uncomfortable for long periods of use (4+ hours) although that quickly became a non-issue as I got used to them / used them a bit more.
