Meh. Travelled from Canary Wharf to Tottenham Court Road on it yesterday. It's nice. And even though it's very nice to not have to change, the distance between stations is long, so I'm not sure it's any quicker.

Also the interchange at Canary Wharf between the Jubilee Line and Elizabeth Line is huge and takes about ten minutes.

Well, this is the thing, isn't it. It's just confirmation bias, a lot of it.

Even with the "evidence" on Twitter, people still cherrypick relevant media to support their position.

Marina chose a clip to counter the Daily Express
Jordan posted a clip which looks like it could counter hers...
.... but maybe it's fake...

Who knows anymore. I am not for or against Megan, personally, I don't care.
 
Looked out of the window to see my neighbour opposite has put some flags up :)
I did have a word with him and explained but he thinks it's a nice flag.
Quite ironic since his Grandad was German and when they came here they changed the family name to an English one so they didn't get any bother.

There was an event organised by the council outside my work. Everyone on FB has criticised it and the council for being mean spirited.

How about these people organise something similar???
 
I am not going all out to celebrate but there's a certain feeling that she has always been there, for instance at every Christmas back when my grandparents were around ,right up to now almost a constant anchor through time if that makes any sense
