Didn't mind the fog, less likely to get sniped by someone you never even saw. Rain was annoying as you couldn't hear any footsteps sneaking up on you!

It's certaintly way better than it was a couple of months ago.
Personally though, I still play with most settings on Low, for maximum FPS. (1440p, i7-6700K, 16GB, GTX 1070)
