100% Proof there is still massive De-Sync in PUBG
What should end up being one of the easiest kills of all time ends up with me dead and the opponent not taking a single HP of damage. I've got this dude totally surprised and he runs right for my door, I open fire the INSTANT I hear/see the door pop open one inch full auto in the face with a Beryl, I end up "insta-dying" and if you look closely, AFTER I'm already dead, my magic bullets hit his body, at least 3 of them. On his screen, it's as if I didn't even fire. (door see through bug).

I was AT LEAST 1/2 second de-synced versus my opponent. There is NO way you can explain away an opponent opening a door, registering a player in front of you and reacting, then getting 4 perfect bullets hits on you before not a single bullet ever registered from someone camping behind the door, prepared, insta-auto spraying once the door is cracked open an inch, right in someone face. Not a SINGLE bullet registered. This is EXACTLY what I experienced while playing, you cannot fake this. If there was no de-sync, what happened there would be virtually impossible. From when I fired those bullets, to them actually hitting the character was at LEAST half a second. These are the magic disappearing bullets that "go through" people and never register that myself and other are talking about.
That was a perfect setup to show how ridiculously awful the netcode and de-sync is in this game. I was playing at least .5 seconds in the past compared to this other player (who has crap stats by the way), there is no way in hell anyone is going to tell me that was a legitimate kill, let alone not a SINGLE bullet of mine registering a hit.
