Playstation Plus

So I'm just working my way through some of the PS+ back catalogue that I've not played yet.

Guardians of Middle-earth. Has anyone tried it?

It says something about Gamespy and multiplayer not working. Is this the whole premise of the game? There is no single-player campaign? It's just multiplayer battles taking control of these lanes with towers and shrines and whathaveyou?

Yea it's pretty much a LoL/DotA clone with no single player component

Had no idea the game spy shut down affected it though, oh well another game struck off the backlist!!

Only PS3 though. If you had bought the disc-based version on PS3, you could register the key to get a free copy on Steam so the PC version must have been migrated to Steamworks or something. Xbox 360 doesn't use Gamespy and is not affected. It seems I've already got it on Steam through a humble bundle anyway! :D

Oh right yea I got that bundle too, oh well forget about shrinking the backlog :p

Same with batman too :(

I did purchase it on a psn sale for about £4 not long ago on ps3 but that's for my daughter, gives me a chance to play it now... Well when the pricing is fixed anyway.

What do i get free this month?

Its never easy to find, i get some stupid email telling me that the PS3 is getting 7000 games free and the Vita is turning into a vibrator or somethign... but there is a snippet of PS4 info as if they are ashamed that the console exists.

I just went to this thread to ask about batman, but it seems you are all having the same issue!
I have recently been playing Dragons Crown from from one of the previous ps+, its a fun little game and looks great on the vita's screen. A little bit too easy though.
