Playstation Plus

What time do the free games normally hit the store?

Just looked on the PS App on my phone and they are all under the PS Plus Monthly games section, but all listed with prices instead of free for me.

Not sure if just an issue with my account, or whether the store is still being updated - will check back later.

Same here, still updating the site I guess.

Has anyone played Tropico 5 before, or any of them? wondering if I should start in campaign or go straight into sandbox mode.
Heard the campaign is like a tutorial, so could help beginners?

I've been a big fan since 3 and definitely prefer sandbox mode, but campaign is great for learning the game.

Tropico 5 (PS4)
Table Top Racing: World Tour (PS4)

Not got round to playing Tropico yet, but quite enjoying TTR:WT (although it doesn't have local splitscreen which seems a wasted opportunity).

Looks like a relatively easy platinum as well for people who care about those things :)

I've downloaded, played and really enjoyed both PS4 games this month - think that must be a first!

Tropico is really good fun once you get into it, it's got some great humour as well.
TTR is fun too - it seems really easy but I've only played it briefly so hopefully it will get harder as you progress.

I never find much on the PS+ game list that I bother playing, but for passing the time with a newborn on my lap, pressing pause when I need to, Table Top Racing is having a decent play time from me.

The NBA Finals are around that time, so it's not entirely out of the question, but I reckon it'll probably just be the US that get this particular game, well probably get something else. Really hoping for it though, I regretted not buying it this year, and it's never been a decent price in any PSN sales.

If anyone's PS+ subscription has expired, Sony are offering 15 months for the price of 12 (£39.99) until 10 June. Works out at £2.66 per month which is quite good.

Cheers dude thats helpful as mine ends in December

No, you can't stack it on. It's only if yours has currently expired. :D
