Is it my ps3 or does The Cave have fps issues / stuttering? mainly noticeable when dropping into water, anyone else have this? Dunno if the PS3 auto update thing would effect performance?

Yes, fps plummets when in the water and perfect stood next to it :/

Got caught out this morning by both Gunslinger and Blood Dragon, I took it that "Free trial & unlock" meant free game, I'm such a n00b!!!

Me too, was downloading Blood Dragon but now I've learnt its a demo by downloading the full game I'll cancel that as spent my gaming budget on Last of us lol

About to sign up for Playstation Plus and a have a question.

Other than the monthly free games, the main attraction for me is online game saves.

Question is this, my 60gb HDD is almost full and I want to put something bigger in.

If I sign up to PS+, do I upload my saved games to my PSN space and install a new HDD and format etc as if it were a new PS3, then do I download my saves again?

Or alternative scenario, sign up for up PS+ and buy a new slim PS3, how do I get my saves from my PSN space to a new PS3? just a simple download I presume?

Sorry for all the questions, never done this before and I don't want to mess this up!

I'm pretty sure you can download them all back to the console in one go. Or just back them up (or the entire system) to a USB flash drive/HDD and restore them afterwards.

After you have signed up, you will see a folder appear as an extra storage option. You'll have to copy each save individually to that Online storage folder. You can then copy back each save individually onto the new ps3 or hd after you have signed in.

Anyone notice that the prices for PSN games are at times stupidly high? NHL 2013 £59.99?

Yet, Mass Effect 3 £15.99? Sports Champions 2 £15.99 and biggest surprise Last of us pre order £39.99..??

Red Dead Redemption is on there £23.99 and TBH those prices are not too bad considering getting them online and delivered is not that much cheaper. But NHL 2013, £59.99 and there are many others.

Shame really. I quite fancied a bit of Ice Hockey – took a look last night and thought wow. But, did buy sports champions 2 as I’ve got as move kit, great game for a bit of family fun..

Yep prices are stupid, I bought Grid 2 off there for £10 more than I could get in elsewhere but I got all the free DLC so saved in the end. Wont catch me buying anything else off there though as you can't resell for starters.
