Atm im going to get the golf game but do i like golf... not particularly but if its online it might be cool.

F1 is a pretty bad port of the 3DS version. I'd avoid unless you really need an F1 fix.

And Asphalt Injection is an iOS game that's been ported over with very little love.

does the god of war games for PSP work on Vita?

Not managed to find anything to say they are. If they are not on the Vita store then the only way of knowing is to download to the PS3 and transfer over. They should get added to the store soon enough hopefully as that will probably sell well being some of the better looking and better selling games on the PSP.

How much is that case?

What do you already have? Unit 13 is out at some point next week (blog has always said Wednesday all retailers still say Friday), Lego Harry Potter is also apparently this week and Silent Hill: Book of Memories should be the end of this month.

Still quite a few smaller titles that we have no date on yet like Putty Squad, Sound Shapes etc so we shall see.

Does the wrist strap come with the case, could really use one.

No the wrist strap was one from one of my Move controllers. I never attached them as they never felt like the could fall out of my hand.

Not tried voice chat yet (internet is crappy) so glad to see it works well!

Yeah bit of a bummer there. But unless it's on it's back you never see it so it's no biggie for me. Would have got 5 stars had it had the same matte coating on the back.

Really want a proper multi-player FPS like COD, Resistance or Killzone, Still undecided about Ridge Racer, love the series but heard allot of negatives about the Vita version

Resistance and Killzone are coming Resistance is expected at the end of May. COD will probably be at the same time as the usual COD games. No idea if it's the same game or a different game.

Ridge Racer is getting a lot of stick because of the amount of content (5 cars and 3 tracks) and the frame rate being choppy. I think if you buy it in the UK and US you get a gold pass which doubles the cars and tracks and the latest patch locks the framerate at 30 apparently.

I do think the thumbstick should be where the D-Pad is though.

No. Wipeout and Motorstorm RC are your best choices at the moment for racing. Wipeout looks stunning and is great, Motorstorm is under £5 and horribly addictive.

EDIT: Or do you mean you won;t always be connected to the internet? In which case that doesn't matter at all. All saves are stored either on the game carts or on the memory card. The only reason your PSN has anything to do with it is because that's the account they are registered with.


Just got the pitwall trophy on Motorstorm, just need to spend some time getting a few remaining medals and chipping away at some times to get all all 4 festivals complete in under 40 mins. Also set a couple of nice laps

If it happens it'll be my first ever platinum lol.

Only got Rayman atm, but thats good - not my sort of game tbh, ie I wouldnt go out of my way to buy it, but it suits this console and looks nice and is challenging enough to make you want to play on.

Im on the brink of getting Golf, but im going to hold on until the 6th to see if I can get MLB on a download from the store..... ill also get Motorstorm today probably as ive done all the demo challenges.

What games do you like? Uncharted is a great game, Action shooter Indiana Jones style. Motorstorm RC is an annoyingly addictive racer similar in ways to MicroMachines. You don't sit in or behind the car but above it, also under £5. Rayman is a brilliant platformer that looks stunning on the Vita, very challenging if you want to get all the collectables. Wipeout is the best "big" racer out right now imo, early races are a slower pace but as the speed rating goes up so does the difficulty. SuperStardust Delta is a twin stick shooter, like asteroids on steroids, looks great, great soundtrack again quite addictive.

Don;t forget switching between US and UK accounts is doable but a pain. If you get Motorstorm on the UK store you'll either have to switch accounts to play MLB or import buy the cart.
