***** PlayStation Vita Official Thread *****

No LBP code for me, I get a permissions error as I have never previously signed up for the PSN beta. :(

If anyone has a code that they wont be using and wouldn't mind donating it it would be appreciated. :)
 
Ordered Gravity Daze(Rush?) yesterday without playing the demo, I didnt have a useable internet connection to download the demo and I didn't want to miss out on free DLC by not preordering.

I'm such a mug :D

I hope I wont be dissappointed, I was impressed with the gameplay footage I saw a few months back.

Where did you order? My order shipped today from Shopto so should be here tomorrow, already have my download code for the Military DLC too.

I paid £65 to import so £60 is about right.

EDIT: Gravity Rush ordered. Will be here Friday.

I bought mutant blobs attack last night since it was up on the sale. I'm really impressed by it such a fun game and for 3.99 I think its a steal. I'm considering buying stardust too while its up on sale.

But I'm really looking forward to Gravity Rush tho !

Same place, also got my code yesterday. I usually order from the rainforest but the free dlc tipped the scales.

Hopefully it will be waiting for me when I get home tomorrow
 
Been really enjoying the LBP Vita Beta! Blown away by how similar it is to LBP2, just with more stuff. Put up a short level late last night and in the morning it was already on the Team Picks section! Fantastic! :D

The level is called Tamed & Controlled by the way.

I also got the Metal Gear HD collection on ebay. Can't believe I have MGS2, 3, PW and hopefully soon 1 all on my Vita. Life is good.

I've heard plenty of good things about MGS ry so let us know what you think. Apparently MGS 2 switches between 30 and 60fps depending on the scene but it's pretty stable, MGS3 is locked at 30 apparently.

I'll never play them on the PS3 but I just might on the Vita so I'm tempted to buy at the end of the month. MGS3 can be platinumed in one playthrough apparently, MGS2 needs a minimum of 5 though!

Also don't forget that the MGS collection has Metal Gear 1 and 2 in it as well. So you have even more to play!

Apparently the digital download is about 3.8GB if anyone is interested.

In far more important news however, my Gravity Rush has not arrived :( Posite just came :(.

Ah, that would explain the strange drops I saw during a VR mission. Still perfectly playable, but I certainly noticed the little bit of slowdown. Both games still look and play great (taking into account that they're a few years old, so have a slightly old school approach).

If you're a metal gear fan I'd say it's pretty much a must. I have them on PS3, but I think I'll sell it now as this version is exactly the same, but I can play it anywhere! The only thing which bugs me is that in MGS2 you can't use the D-Pad to run around, which is what I used back in the PS2 days. Though I see why, cause even if you could you wouldn't be able to walk slowly (as the buttons aren't pressure sensitive.

@Kreee, MGS isn't out yet in the UK so that may be why.
