Did you just remove the GPU to take the photo?
As for DIABLO's post, this is very important. The case comes with stand-offs, little cylindrical pieces of metal that attach to the case. The motherboard is placed on these stand-offs and screwed down through them. If these stand-offs are in the wrong places they can short the motherboard and cause it to not work.
I'd disconnect everything, unscrew the board from the stand-offs and ensure that only the ones that are required (the ones that line up with the holes) are present.
Edit: Cripes, did you connect the board directly to the metal case?
