If it were me and cost was an issue I would go with Kit 2.

I am guessing here at the place your buying it but if you order that stuff from the custom kits area you have to remember to take of the 2% paypal charge (if your paying by credit card) and you also get a £12 pound discount if you order 1x BLOCK, 1X PUMP, 1X RAD & 1X RES.

Mind you if your getting your kit else where ignore me.
