Sorry for bad pictures but i need to now what type of interface this HD uses. It came from an old apple powerbook that is broken and i need to recover some pics. I need to know what interface it is so that i can get the correct external caddy for it.

It's a mini-IDE or 2.5" IDE (that's what I call it), you can buy an adapter to convert it to full size IDE interface (or parallel, whatever you want to call it) for a few quid.

Buy the aforementioned adapter and hook it up to an IDE hard disk caddy innards. You can also buy IDE to USB adapters, that might work too, but you'd still probably need the adapter to get from the 2.5" to 3.5" size unless you can find one that has the 2.5" ide to USB. I'd send you a link to a suitable product, but due to the rules of this forum I can't, and OcUK don't sell the adapters as far as I can see.

I'd take your address off the forums in case of spam etc. Just edit your post to remove it. xb8browney I suggest you do the same.
